The house is located in the northern part of Coburg, on the same premises as our own house, in  a beautiful garden.

 

 

It is basically one large,  loft-like room (80 sqm), with high ceilings and french doors on all sides, plus a kitchen  and a bathroom.

 

There is one bed (150 x 200 cm), one sofa bed the same size, and a sofa that can be turned into two smaller beds (100 x 200 cm). 

 

Free parking in front of the house. 

Free W-Lan, no TV.

Dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer.

 

Walking distance to city center about 10-15 minutes.

  

 

Rates:

 

75 €/ night for one person, each additional guest 25 €/night. 

 

Cleaning Fee: 30 €.

Payment due on arrival. Cash only.
